• Weekly Sessions: Classes meet once a week for a duration of 2 to 3 hours.
• Intensive Workshops: For those seeking a faster pace, intensive workshops are available, with classes meeting 2 consecutive Saturdays in a month. You must attend both classes to receive credit for course work.

• Online: Access high-quality training from the comfort of your home. Our online classes include interactive modules, virtual discussions, and multimedia resources.
• In-Person: Engage in hands-on learning and network with peers through our in-person classes held at local centers. These sessions provide practical, face-to-face instruction.
